How to create and submit a Notion template to their gallery

Creating and sharing a template on Notion is a great way to inspire others and earn some income through creatively designed layouts. Organise It has designed a range of notion templates and been through the process - and it’s super simple!

1. Create a new page in Notion and start designing

Design it with a clear purpose in mind—whatever that purpose is. Include essential elements like texts, images and databases with relevant examples. Add helpful guides or tips for the user on how to use it, and how to adapt it.

2. Publish your page

Publish your page by clicking share top right of the page. Ensure the duplicate as template toggle is on. You can share the public URL with others to duplicate it as a template now, or setup a creator profile to list it in the Notion template gallery.

3. Setup your creator profile

If you haven’t already, head to your notion creator profile page → and build your profile with a header, icon, description and links. In here you’ll also find template analytics.

4. Submit your template

Go to notion.so/profile/templates and fill out your template's sharing URL, name, description and more. Add relevant tags to help others find it.
Paid-for templates need a payments collection system that delivers the template link to users upon purchasing.
After passing a review by the Notion template team, it will be listed in the Template Creator Gallery → . You will find your creator profile listed in notion.so/templates/creators .
