Web forms are an excellent way to capture and provide information to users.
They can be used for various purposes, including generating new leads, registering listings, receiving job applications, hosting quizzes, providing quotes, reporting bugs, and collecting user research—among many other uses
Effective web forms need…

Web form tools

There are loads of web forms tools out there, MS Forms, SurveyMonkey, JotForm, Typeform and to name a few.
We primarily use a powerful web form creator called Tally.so. It's a webform builder that functions like a document editor. With its user-friendly interface and advanced features—including branching logic, custom integrations, and payment processing—we use Tally to create robust workflows. These can be combined with websites to create quote estimators, quizzes, job applications, and workflow management systems to organize and process form results.
Using Tally and its various integrations, we can set up nearly anything - from capturing a single email for newsletter signups to creating multi-page onboarding experiences.
